Andy Peace I agree. Mostly enjoy their live versions of almost any song. But Ripple studio version just has that raw splendor that comes from the beginning of something beautiful. Great job on this rendition of Jerry’s masterpiece! My uncle ,which went on to have a successful music career! Moved to California in the 60s and met Jerry Garcia , the two became life long friends ! They lived under a bridge,because at the time neither one of them had any money or contacts,that would start their journey ! My uncles career brought him back to the east ! Jerry’s kept him mostly west coast early on ! Loved hearing my uncle,tell me about their encounters!
