This was my first time watching your video and I'm sad. My sister passed away in July and for some reason as I was watching I just kept thinking about her and how much I miss her. I'll come back later and watch again. I'm very interested in a gratitude journal, but right now, I'm very low.

Stooooop. Your videos have been so good lately! And I think the “Luna breaks” are my fave addition, Baileys too! Bailey is hopelessly obsessed with her bestie Luna haha 😂 I like this new style of video, not always just the monthly set ups but MORE you can do with your journal that are out of the norm. Eg, a future log, monthly’s, weeklies etc you’ve inspired so many spreads in my journal from my reading trackers to the formats I use! This is your year! Look at you posting weekly again! You rock girl!! 💕💕

This is so soothing. I do have a couple questions. Do you do the same type of page everyday or multiple pages? So like if you did a daily planning spread do you also do a gratitude spread? I’m very new to this and just ordered my first journal to start off 2025! I’m really excited! Also is this something you do at the end of the day?

Wow, Kay! This was wonderful. Thank you. I’ve been working on adding and writing in a gratitude section each month in my journal. I love your prompts and wrote them all down. One thing that has helped me in the gratitude department is writing about my accomplishments big and small which fits right in with your “something I am proud of”. Since my husband suddenly passed away nearly 5 years ago, journaling with your stickers has helped immensely. Still a challenge everyday but as you said, somehow we get through those rough and rocky times.

Hi! I hope you are having a good day. First time viewer here (been binge watching for the last 2 days) I was just wondering what the little box you put under your journal is and what its for? Am I right in guessing its to keep the pages the same level or is it something else. I love your videos and your creativity! I haven't started journalling yet but watching you makes me want to try for sure.

I love this video! This is a practice I want to start incorporating soon, I think it will help my overall mental health. Today I am thankful for a good day with my mom. She's starting down the road of dementia so I am trying to hold on to every good visit we have, knowing that they are likely to become less frequent. I'm also thankful for this community!

I have a dedicated gratitude journal. The last entry in it was 2017. I picked it up and wrote in it today. Thank you for the inspiration and catalyst to do so. ❤😊

The spreads are very cute! But I know most of these won’t be helpful or keep you organized (as someone who has bujo’d past 7+ years while in and after school). I am not trying to be a hater but these are the information I learned from actually trying these types of spreads. Information like scheduling and locations like spread 1,2 should be stored on the phone to be available on the go. Don’t waste time with the spread unless you want to use it as creative outlet, in that case just draw sth that makes you happy. Same with assignment tracker 4. Put it in the calendar with an early draft date for yourself before deadlines. What you can do instead for 3 is a weekly schedule spread as she showed but include your entire day and imagine an ideal week. With classes, times when you study or work on assignments, time for meals and bed times, time for workouts. Using this ideal schedule to plan for weeks you can realize what your actual ideal times are through trials and error. Change it up if it doesn’t work. The weekly spread is cool but the problem with keeping work/school and personal weekly dashboards separate is that you may miss out on updating or schedule. For example your new friend of the semester invited you to their birthday party or hangout and you agreed after checking just your personal dashboard but forgot that assignment or group work languishing in your school spread for the next day. A modification of 2 may be to put in names of people you’ve met, majors they’re in, info that people tell you but you’re likely to forget. 4 can be turned into a progress tracker with expected due dates for assignments like topic selection-> research-> draft sprint 1, 2 -> final edit. And submit
