First of all: Congratulations on your graduation. Second of all: hello!. Third of all: I've been through bad, evil things. I don't consider myself a bad person, bad son, bad brother, bad friend or whatever. Most of the time I thank God for everything I have, I thank God for everything he gives me every day. I'm not gonna lie, I don't know how to pray. But no matter how much I thank God, the more I pray to the Lord, the more lonely I feel, like he has abandoned me :( I don't know if he really hears me. I just want peace and tranquility. I ask Him for strength to overcome the situation I'm going through. I ask Him to take my life, my thoughts in His hands, but I feel that I am alone in this battle. I ask Him for a sign not to give up, but nothing happens. I'm not the type of person who resigns easily, but this situation is the worst that has ever happened to me in my life. I need peace! I need God like never before:(

I'm not reading the Bible, I'm reading the Book of Mormon. Mormons believe in baptism of the dead and eternal marriage but I'm starting to wonder about that after watching some videos on KZbin. I think the only way to find the answers is to look for and read the Bible and compare it with the Book of Mormon. I want to be able to live free and live the truth

You’re such an incredible person, seeing your journey really shows just how lacking I am and probably shows me that I wasn’t saved at all. Because you are a fine example of what a truly saved person is supposed to be like and it shows in how much He has blessed you. I truly deserve all the hardship I’ve been going through but at least I can see a glimpse of someone else’s joy with Him and find some comfort in that which is something I’ll never have due to how I’m incapable of being free from my addictions. So He is justified in how He’s punishing me and I don’t deserve peace from it. I hope you continue growing in your walk as I’m glad that there are people who He will help and give happiness to. I wish you the best in your new phase in life, you have very much earned it after how far you’ve come.

Romans 10:13 says, "Everyone who calls out to the Lord for help will be saved" The Christian life isn't easy; we must endure persecution (Matthew 24:9), deny ourselves pleasure and go for the Lord (Matthew 10:38), and although Jesus said His yoke is easy, He said that because in Him we find rest from all these troubles. (Matthew 10:28: "Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest") Jesus will give you rest from these things! And as Romans 10:13 says, we must call to God for help. If you believe in Jesus Christ and put your trust and faith in Him, you have been saved. Put your situation in God's hands and let Him carry the weight. Trust that He can deliver you! You are likely not being punished, for the scripture says, " There is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus." (Romans 8:1) Rather, it could be that God is letting this happen because He wants you to call to Him. Ask Him to increase your strength and ability to endure all these struggles. Trust that He is good and can deliver you safely! Praying for you!

Also I'd like to add that you probably are saved, because John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world He sent down His Only-Begotten Son, so that *all who believe in Him* may not perish *but have eternal life* " If you believe in Jesus and believe that He died and was resurrected, you will be saved. But the demons also believe this and tremble, so what makes true salvation by faith? We must trust Him always. Saving faith involves trusting Him, as Romans 10:13 says, "Everyone who calls out to the Lord for help will be saved" Don't depend on what you think or you what you are afraid of. Walk by your faith, your trust and dependence on God, not your sight (Proverbs 3:5 + 2 Corinthians 5:7. I suggest reading 2 Corinthians 4:16-5:10 if you struggle with walking by faith!).So trust God that he'll deliver and bless you and give you rest, and have faith that He'll do these things. Also, pray without ceasing. God knows your prayers before you even think of them, so draw near to Him in prayer and pour out your troubled heart to the Lord, and He will hear you.

Not necessarily, as per karma, you might still have to suffer, it's not that the suffering goes away, it's that you learn to cope better with the suffering, and remain calm, in your inner self/holy spirit.
