Grauspitz - Lichtenstein

Hiking on the highest mountain of Lichtenstein - Grauspitz (Vorder Grauspitz 2599 m). Due to the conditions only lower peak Hinter Grauspitz (2574 m) reached.
Výstup na nejvyšší horu Lichtenštejnska Grauspitz (Vorder Grauspitz - 2599 m n.m.). Kvůli nepříznivým podmínkám byl dosažen pouze nižší vrchol Hinter Grauspitz 2574 m n.m.

Gratulacje Daniel. Wybieram się na ten szczyt w czerwcu od Malbun przez Pfalzerhutte. Czy tam jest jakaś ścieżka od Ijes na szczyt? Pozdrawiam Jarek

Hi Jarek, yes, there is a route from Ijes farm (it is a long track from Jenins village). We need to go back here once as we didnt climb the main summit Vorder Grauspitz but only Hinter Grauspitz. Good luck and enjoy the trip to Grauspitz :)

Ta góra jest jakaś niedostępna. Piszę tak ponieważ teraz będę miał drugą próbę. Pierwsza to brak czasu i brak możliwości skorzystania z kolejki Alphibahn. Teraz spróbuję od drugiej strony. Co było powodem, że nie weszliście na ten drugi szczyt.

The reason we didn't get to the second peak was that we lost direction in fog and the rock was too slippery to traverse from Hinter to Vorder Grauspitz. Next time I would descend from the ridge and ascent directly to the saddle between Hinter and Vorder. Anyway it is necessary to have good condition with dry rock and good visibility.
