That museum is worth a visit. It has a lot of information presented in an understandable way. It was designed by E.A. Glendening Architects, FAIA, from Ohio. He designed several museums dedicated to Native American history.

Great video. For people really interested in this subject, you may be (very) interested to compare this structure with Silbury Hill, in England. It is extremely likely that a wooden, or stone, henge structure would have been located not far from the mound. The purposes of the mound, and the wooden / stone circle in its proximity, are associated. It is also likely though, that the wood has disintegrated, or the monoliths have been repurposed. The hill at Silbury is closely associated with the massive stone circle at Avebury. Many of the original stone monoliths at Avebury were repurposed to build the houses in the village. Given the similarities, it is likely that a wooden or stone structure should be a relative distance as Avebury to Silbury. And have similar dimensions. Perhaps a keen researcher with a drone, might be able to find prehistoric markings to identify a stone / wood circle. Of more significance, is the association between the Adena people, and the Druids ! Perhaps more evidence that many (similar) cultures around the world were born from emigrant Atlanteans.

If it weren't for Covid last year, I had plans on visiting the UK and Ireland to see some of those sites and compare. From my own personal research, it seems that the stars were the interconnecting feature. Many earthwork sites across the world line up to certain constellations, as well as the paths of the sun and moon during the solstice and equinox. Different parts of the world, but still the same sky!

This is my home town I drive around this mound probably 10 time's a day for the last 40 years the area around the mound has been worked and rework any structures such as that are long gone. But if you look closely at the back side by the road you can make out where the mout was.living in this town all my life and what I know of the adena people makes me believe that the taught history of the mound builders is wrong.great video.

I bet there is way more to this mound than we know. It is probably a buried pyramid or some shit.
