Gravel Driveway Maintenance - Gannon and Frontier Box Blades

Maintaining a gravel driveway with the John Deere 4052R, John Deere 4105, and John Deere 2520. Gannon and Frontier box blades rip out potholes and regrade the driveway.

Some advice, leave that muddy stone up on the sides or at least stock pile it and let it dry, then take the loaders and keep flipping it to knock out all the mud then you can reuse it! Box blades are by far the way to go. Looks like you guys have a pretty good setup with equipment, happy trails!

Put some rock or other material in your loader bucket for added weight, to get more front axle traction. It helps.

Thanks trying to decide on what width to get for a 4044r/ 52r 72 or 84. With the box blade does it need to stick past the rear tires. I’m guessing the 72in just pokes past the tires? Thanks for you helpful videos and timely responses. Big help 👍🏻
