Just watched your video showing the installation of the Zefel Shield G50 mudguards on your. My bike shop recommended them. Loving your Specialized e-bike too. I'm enjoying my new Creo 2 e-bike since the spring. We're into late fall here in Ontario, Canada so the fenders are necessary whatever type of terrain you ride. Thanks. 😊

Hey Laura, what a beautiful part of the world you live in. The Creo 2 is an awesome bike and I know you are having lots of fun riding it. It’s great that you are looking for fenders to protect you and your bike from the elements and the Zefal fenders are a great choice. I would strongly advise that you protect the parts of the frame with helicopter tape to prevent scratches before installation. Take care and thanks for watching. 🙏🏻⚡️🚴🏻

sks s-board Dave, fits in seconds. I use 2x front mudguards (for front and rear) and plenty of clearance for upto 47 tyre with a small simple one time only easy mod. used on creo 1 and on the creo 2.

Hi mate, I did see the sks s board mud guard and i really like them. So if i really don’t get on with these Zefal I will definitely look at getting some. Thanks for the suggestion and many thanks for watching. ⚡️🚴🏻

Always fun to add new “stuff” to your bike to (hopefully) make it better. Hope you are feeling better. Looking forward to your review of these fenders on your next ride.

Hi Armand, I’m not quite over the sickness yet, this cold has really hit me hard for some reason. I do have a great route in mind to test these fenders so stay tuned. Many thanks for watching and take care of yourself⚡️🚴🏻

Thanks for giving a demo. They look pretty good, similar to the SKS Race Blades I've been using. Easy on and off.

Hi Michelle, I was looking at the sks race blades, I know they are good, I’ve had them before. But this time I was looking for a gravel mud guard to cover tyres up to 50mm. Unfortunately I haven’t tested these yet, because I’ve been so sick since I fitted them. Many thanks for watching and take care. ⚡️🚴🏻

@@electricbikerider I'll be getting some new tires, as wide as I can get, so will likely need new fenders. I think you're running Pathfinder 47's?

Hi Andrew I hope you’re well. I can’t believe it buddy, me with 1000 subs. The great thing now is I can finally earn a little bit of pocket money for the channel. Thank you for your ongoing support and thanks for watching, take care my friend. ⚡️🚴🏻

They make a good impression, I'll get them too. And good assembly instructions from you.👍👍

Hi R Halsinger, I finally got around to testing these mudguards today. I rode them through lots of dirty, boggy and flooded roads and trails, and they did a good job. Thanks for watching and happy riding ⚡️🚴🏻

I like the cat flap in the patio doors, my cat Harley has to bang on the glass if he wants to come in. 😂 Great video as usual.

Hi Simon, I had the cat flap fitted because I was being constantly woken up when my two girls want out at night. The trouble is my little Daisy likes to bring a mouse in to play with sometimes. Many thanks for watching and say hi to Harley. 😺

Hi, there! Have you had the chance to test them? How did it go? Thanks for the video!
@electricbikerider9 ай бұрын
Hi Linus, I have tested these fenders and I was very impressed with them. I would however recommend that you protect the area where they are fitted with a little tape, as I did have a bit of frame rub. If you are interested you can view these fenders in use on some of my other videos. Thanks for watching and happy riding. ⚡️🚴🏻👍🏻

I am searching for mudguards for my Giant. Might just purchase these. I'm curious to know what bottle cage you have on your bike?
@electricbikerider6 ай бұрын
Hey Marek, these mudguards done a great job for me, but I would advise you to protect the part of the frame and forks with some tape, because when I remove mine it did leave a mark. And I’m using the fidlock water bottle and magnetic holder. I absolutely love this system and I did do a vlog on this, so check it out for more info . Thanks for watching and happy riding. ⚡️🚴🏻👍🏻

@electricbikerider but the cage looks like a side opening?? Right or wrong. I saw the list of the kit after i posted the question and noticed the Fidlock
@electricbikerider6 ай бұрын
@@mbrylewski that cage is a side opener but not really sure of the make it is, because it came with the specialized battery extender. 😃

What size frame is your Creo Dave?
@electricbikerider10 ай бұрын
Hi Leon, my Creo frame is a size small. ⚡️🚴🏻
@Brookes7910 ай бұрын
@@electricbikerider ah, my Ribble Endurance SL e is in a size large, but I am 6ft in height. I find it fits me perfectly, but I also know that Francis Cade of Cade Media rides a XS & he's 5ft 10". It does make me question if I'm riding the right size bike. 🤔
@electricbikerider10 ай бұрын
@@Brookes79 hi Leon, I’m 5ft 8” so I should be on a medium frame, but I really prefer to size down to a small frame as I find it is so much more comfortable to ride. The bike feels more nimble to me, sharper, and quicker just a little bit more fun if you know what I mean, and obviously the weight of the frame is lighter so it’s a win win. Francis Cade knows what he’s talking about and I would encourage anyone to try a smaller frame as they may just surprise themselves. ⚡️🚴🏻

@@electricbikerider makes sense, as I had to make adjustments to my bike to make it comfortable for me to be in the saddle for hours on end & yes any weight saving is a plus 🤣👌🏻

Awful mudguards, wouldn't stay still on the front forks due to the tampered design so kept dropping, also the realese mechanism seized after a while so they had to be broken to get them of the bike, bad design imo.
@electricbikerider10 ай бұрын
Hi Simon, when I was fitting these mudguards, I could see by the design, what you experienced was going to be a possible problem. I’m only really going to be using the rear one on some occasions anyway, but for my first ride I have to test the pair. But if they give me any grief it’s going in someone’s bin along my route Thanks for watching and happy riding. ⚡️🚴🏻

@@electricbikerider it's a shame as the size of them is perfect, hopefully you have more luck with them than I did :)
@TheIdiotPlays10 ай бұрын
I can agree, I have a bit of a weird sized frame and the longer mount is too long, shorter one is like 2mm too short.... Took me an hour to install the rear one and I had to get thinner rubber from my pile of scraps. The design is nice, the implementation is garbage.
@electricbikerider10 ай бұрын
@@TheIdiotPlays I’ve still not tested these mudguards yet, but I’m hoping they will do the job. Thanks for watching ⚡️🚴🏻
