(My 2 cents worth based on experience/opinion): Everything except the de-radicalization bit is good. I'm very sure that doesn't work; you cannot de-radicalize a person who's been fed with this venom since childhood. Just look at the 9/11 suspects at Gitmo and their statements, not a grain of regret.. They'll rather wait for their 72. The only way is strict capital punishment; not the kind you see in Chechnya where some faceless men poison your food or shoot you. The Russian and Chinese heavy handed approach has worked better, say what you may. but should be integrated with institutionalized CAPITAL PUNISHMENT DEVOID OF HUMAN RIGHTS REPRESENTATION; that's the most humane approach which could suit Europe. Still, my personal opinion is that the Russians have a more sustainable winner long term; due to their ability to hijack institutionalized Islam; the Chinese have been very heavy handed (desecration of mosques, removal of relegious symbols etc.) and will pay dearly in the coming decade. France is also not a good example.
