@@AquaTech225 I'm from a poor family from a third world country and Instant noodles comprises 70% of our daily diet + rice. and that has been our lifestyle for for 25 years and we are still healthy as an OX...My Great Grandma who is 105 has been eating it for cheap noodles for 40 years and she is still kickin..This a just corporate promo IMO coz sales of cheap noodles are booming...
