Russia was very reliable source of gas and other natural resources for 50 years. Europe imposed more then 11,000 sanctions on Russia, constantly warns that it is planning to stop using gas next year, want to impose price cap, send weapons in war zone to kill Russian and is wondering why Russian switched to Asia... and gradually decrease gas flow to Europe.

Very simple question without taking any side, just for the sake of logic : How can you expect to receive reliably gas and oil from someone when you deliver heavy weapons against him...beside sanctions, removal from SWIFT payment system, etc. ? There is one turbine missing, but apparently the repairs identified a second one would need overhaul which means it goes to Canada. So there are 6 turbines that pressurize the pipeline at the starting point in Russia. So with two missing, you are looking at at 40% drop in capacity. If on the same line of Nordstream - there is two lines, one line being offline so a 50% drop in capacity. Putin explained quite well from the technical perspective.
