The title sentence is misleading. Russia recently use Su 27 more than Su34. The fact is, they have specific fighter jet for each job. Example, the Sukhoi 27 for guarding air space and bombers, and the Mig 31 to carry and launch the Kinzhal. So there is a reason they want to deploy the Su 34s.

The su34 is a big jet so can carry larger payloads or bombs maybe hypersonics its a 4th gen jet so has pretty modern avionics an a bit more stealthy but still a juicy target for any Ukranian sam site

Delayed detonation is employed when the aircraft delivering explosives flies very low to ground. If a bomb is dropped and it explodes on contact with ground, its possible that fragments may strike aircraft that delivered the bomb. Su34 was designed for long range and comfort (onboard toilet), recent foto no toilet? Pilots can stretch and exercise inside cockpit while on mission, so quite a different story. As for effectiveness of sorties, you are comparing to western machines

Sounds like a Russian version of our tornado fighterbombers we have in Germany. Tornado is gigantic compared to our other jets and they are not stealthy, that's why they train super low flight to avoid radars. They get sometimes down to 100m at near sonic speed. I live in the training area for them.

it's neither. The biggest issue is/was maintenance. Imagine someone gives you 100 million to keep 20 planes in tact, but you know nobody controls whether you're doing your job or not. So you'll take 20mil, and only give the other 80 mil to the people below you to do the job. But they know also that nobody controls, so they also take a bit. This goes on, and in the end there's not enough money to buy all the replacement parts necessary, meaning the plane doesn't work correctly. India uses russian planes and maintains them correctly, and they've shown what russian planes are capable in global competitions. But russia doesn't take nearly as good care of their planes as india does.

But they will be mediocre pilots at best. F-16's are a long term investment. It will only pay off in about 2 years. And only if they send large numbers of them in combination with other planes. The F-16 is a great plane, but it's most effective in combination with other platforms. They normally don't operate on their own. This means you also need radar planes like AWAX, and planes for electronic jamming. Sending F-16 in small numbers on their own doesn't make much of a difference. And they probably wont survive long if they don't complete a 2 year training.

Not great, not terrible. Su-34 are an Su-27 derivative focused on ground attack that has side by side seating. Developed from Su-27 trainers. They are more modern than most the Soviet era bombers in Russian service but are still lacking in many aspects compared to Western aircraft. Many of these are being shot down in Ukraine because they are more useful than ancient Soviet aircraft but don’t have sufficient stealth, electronic warfare capabilities, or other self protection measures to fly safely at high or low altitudes.

why make it a fighter-bomber jet? why not make jets that specialize on only one thing? a super light super maneuverable fighter jet or a heavy mega bomber jet. if this new SU-34 meet another enemy fighter like the new F-16 variant or the Raptor, it's gonna lose the fight. what's the point?

Who knows? The closest equivalent Western aircraft was probably the F-111, but that went into retirement for the reasons you've stated. (And it's role split between F-15 or B-1 depending on the mission.)
