The 5000 and 9000 would have to have glide wings much larger then the plane that launches them to be feasible. They would have to drop them as unguided munitions.

Russia annexed masses of oil & gas filled territory from China after WWII. When Russia exhausts its war finances enough, China will take its stolen territory back.
