Middle eastern countries see other arab countries as family, does this make them racist? Turkic countries see other turkic countries as family, does this make them racist? One small problem though this content is biased. UK exit, the EU almost disolved, huge sums of money were spent with Arab/Syrian and other refugees, there were death threats and killings on native Europeans, some refugee shouted on the streets of London and other EU cities that those are under islamic law now (what do you know, the 'racist' brits left EU), some lost their jobs because it seems wearing a cross upset some refugees, the racist Europeans decided all steals of food/clothes made by refugees will not be punished-trying to understand those people situation but of course some took advantage (...) It is true that most news sources focus on the individual white victims than even an entire group of other ethnicities. Yes she does. Really her writers are uneven in their reporting. Other reports are critical to non-Indian ideals. I would be more of a fan of this channel if they didn't play devil's advocate to get overreaction from folks like us. Quick question? How many Middle Eastern or Ukrainian 'dark skinned' folk did India come to offer repatriation or help? None that I know of as India has a problem between Hindu and Islamic culture. Please stop placing labels on humans. We all need help, need each other. Both sides of this argument are problematic. It is time we realize we are one people under God. Our color, ethnicity and/,or religion are obstacles in the way of what we desire most. Love, acceptance and peace. One note, if you take time out to listen to some Imams preach death, promote separation and urge their followers to commit unspeakable acts against the West, you may understand why there is a fear and failure to blend refugees in without incident or difficulty. As a veteran cameraman and producer for the "western" media outlets and, for almost a decade, the one "non-western" outlet you mention in this analysis/commentary, not only can I affirm everything you say, I can add to it. I have spent decades covering Latin America including, among many other things, migrations from, especially, Central America to the United States and have been appalled by the consistent racism and hypocrisy in the reporting I have witnessed. Unable or unwilling to examine the roots and dimensions of the problem, the same press that is uncritical of the wars (conventional shooting wars or "wars" on such thing as drugs) that destroy lives and create upheaval, in turn almost reflexively dehumanizes and demonizes the victims on the basis of their looks such that they become the problem and the perpetrators become the victims. To be sure there is nothing new in such racism. The powerful and their court scribes have always characterized the weak as inferior, most often and easily because of the colour of their skin. The difference is that, in the past, the powerful never claimed to be doing otherwise.
