I have been watching this team faithfully every game since the early 2000’s. I remember Chris’s first game it was in the playoffs, this guy plays the same way every season. When he’s at his best he just parks his @$$ in front of the net, he hasn’t hustled on a regular basis since his 50+ goal season. He’s a big time goal scorer that relies on his linemates to get him the puck. With Mika on a down slide that’s the reason why he’s ineffective, Mika can’t even make contact on a one timer lol

If anything jets would want a dman signed. Since Pionk is UFA and would have more Cap offseason Appleton,Iafallo,Miller,Ehlers. Sanheim,Provorov,Pulock,Savard,Anderson,Weegar,Carlo,Byram,Jiricek types D prospects arnt great forwards have Yager,Lucius,Lambert,Chibrikov,Barlow,Ford.

Do you think Minnesota would be interested as an upgrade to the middle 6? Only problem being tight cap situation. With Kreider having that gritty playstyle Minny loves, I think he would be a good fit especially with Minnesota's window about to open.

Any team on Kreider's trade list are near the cap already. So Rangers would have to take back similar cap. So it's kinda of a moot point if Kreider gets traded. Only reason Rangers would make this trade is gain cap space.

If Kreider was open to moving to Winnipeg (and Winnipeg may well be on his no-trade list), the Jets may be more likely to trade Ehlers for him over Perfetti. Ehlers is on his last year of his contract and has a similar contract to Kreider.
