I can confirm that in the DS title Tetris party, S-spins and Z-spins are far harder, but can be done barely. T-spins triples and doubles are doable and noticed, however. By the end of the match, the tetriminos drop so fast they spawn at where they drop, so misdrops happen a lot. It's about level 15 when it gets that tough.
