We have 3 different sets and just recently bought the vertical. It would be nice to buy replacement marbles of the same quality as the ones in the kit, but I cannot find them anywhere. Ideas? TIA!

I have some links to marble sources in the description of this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e2ivopmCd5djZ9E Heard good things about them all.

Also keep in mind that some of the small $10 expansions include marbles: Magnetic Cannon (3), Balls & Spinner (6), Catapult (4), and Color Swap (3).

Hey, What do you recommend more for a first set? the regular or the pro? I think more about the pro than the regular... Another option is the XXL starter set (or 2 regular? I saw the comparison video and the 2 "missing" parts from the XXL)
@MaskedMarble2 жыл бұрын
Pro is good for ages 10 and up, or slightly younger if they have good dexterity. If you’re drawn to the Pro, I’d recommend starting with that, then adding one of the white box sets for more parts. The vertical Pro is a little light on regular height tiles is all. If you’re in the US message me on Facebook and I’ll point you to the best deals so you don’t have to pay retail prices. You can compare the contents of all GraviTrax Starter Sets using GraviSheet: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jV7XnaWwa9JqnJY

@@MaskedMarble Thank you for your answer. I'm not from the US, I'm from Israel. I think that Amazon is the only option for me... I want to buy this for my 9-year-old nephew, I think this will be good for him to improve his skills .

@@mabbarys Shalom! Yes, the various European Amazon sites are running some great deals on the Giant Starter Set right now. That set has it all! I think for about €150 right now, which is a great price.

@@MaskedMarble The regular is 59.9$, the pro is same price but with 30$ shipping cost. The XXL is 129$ but with custom and shipping cost it’s about 200$.

@@mabbarys Ouch. That’s expensive. Check the reseller sites in your country (Ebay, etc.)

hi everyone. can I use pro set and the other together? thanks.

All GraviTrax fits together just like all Lego fits together. But not the upcoming GraviTrax Junior products being released in September. They are different systems, much like Lego and Duplo.

Hi, my 5yo is obsessed with gravitrax. I don’t know where he saw a video and now wants one for Christmas. Which one do you recommend? I know it says from 8-99 but he’s really good with his fine motor skills and a perfectionist. Plus I’ll be helping him building. I just don’t want to get him a plastic marble run that gets thrown away after a few uses.

For a 5 yr old, any of the white box starter sets are good. The basic "Starter Set" is fine for that age, though for not much more, the best deal in the US seems to be the Speed starter set on Amazon, on sale for under $70. It bundles an expanded starter set with 5 add-on "elements" which add more fun and interest (these elements are normally $12 apiece). A 2nd option is the Obstacle Starter Set which bundles a different 5 elements. Or perhaps the Launch starter set from the newer GraviTrax POWER series, which takes a basic starter set and adds a battery-powered marble launcher which is fun. The black box (PRO) sets are best for ages 10 and up, perhaps as low as 8 yrs old for kids with good dexterity. I would not recommend the PRO sets for a 5 yr old. I have played GraviTrax with toddlers, so yes, little kids can use the basic sets with help. I find young kids can have difficulty aligning the hexagon-based shapes for assembly, but wounds like your boy would be fine. I have reviews or unboxings for the sets I mentioned. If you are overseas, there are more starter set options as well, which bundle different elements.

Pro is worse than regular. Pro has 20 height tiles however regular has 40 or more i never buyed regular
@MaskedMarble5 ай бұрын
Yes, there is a tradeoff between pillars and height tiles. Pro will give you more height total, especially when considering all the tiles you csn hang on Pro walls using the balconies. But you cannot split Pro height up into as many segments...only 7cm blocks.
