Dear friend, good job! I didn't realize that you would submit perfect runs for version 1.2.0😁You are skilled enough for this stage. The only thing should be careful in the longplay is the hazard because it will instantly kill since you only have at most 20 health in this stage. For junkyard, mountain and Ark 2 stages, maybe the following video and his other videos could be used for reference, kzbin.info/www/bejne/nJLTlJWsjrxjpqc.

Hi friend, how are you? Thanks for your comments and for the reference video in order to improve my runs with no powerups. I've watched some other videos of that youtuber, and they are amazing and fun to watch!. As you said, I already mastered Ray stage, but still have trouble at Trace, because of having a small lifebar at that point, and Trace has an annoying healing move after the special attack, so I think that video will help me a lot :D. I think the only downside of playing with no powerups at all, is that the gameplay lacks in terms of creativity (some other runs make a great use of powerups to achieve a nice and fun gameplay), but anyways, I've played this way for years and I like beating MegaMan-like games and stages with the highest difficulty possible. Btw, I'm still practicing for the deathless run, but I'll upload some perfect runs along the way if I feel confident to do so. So you probably should expect the longrun to be achieved before most of the individual perfect runs. Best regards!

@@blue5star Dear friend, I am fine, thank you for your detailed response! The reason that I care about no powerups is that, as you noticed, all the maps and bosses are intentionally designed for no powerups' runs. Powerups are somehow redundant (even if for perfect runs) and make it easier to pass the game. On the other hand, if powerups are allowed to use, then six burst techniques can directly take out a lot of health of bosses without any skill. Apart from this, if the player equip the palette chip in Trace's stage, he even can be healed after using a burst techniques. In this way, in the circuit mode the player nearly can use burst techniques for infinite times and kill the bosses very easily. This is somehow a cheat. So no powerup is actually the most reasonable mode even if it lacks in terms of creativity. I also practiced some bosses without any powerups and uploaded a video which is the Nega fight on Rude+normal by myself. You could watch it. This is a satisfactory play for me😊But of course you can do it much better. For your worry last time, version 1.2.0c only changed one or two enemies of Ark 2 stage, so your strategy still works. But when version 1.2.0c is released, it would be better to check Ark 2 firstly to know what have been changed before making the longplay.
