They've specifically stated there will be no more than four helicopters due to performance.

They are adding the full flight path of the heli though. So at least you can see where they are going, which may help you catch a ride with someone else. May lower the demand overall.

How about no. Just need vendors spread across the map. I much rather a 10 minute walk then a 20 minutes downtime in heli/base/waiting
