This is my second wipe, I am a veteran of the game. Been playing the game from day 1. I am loving the game. And loving the game take shape in front of my eyes. Another very cool live that shows you care about that product and you're still cooking. I like that every time I can think about something that can be better in this game it already has been thought about by your team and marked on your internal roadmap. The moon phase for exemple is very interesting has not many games do it well. The fact that you thought about airtags on the bodies, player skills, adding detailed POI, making the first tutorial quest optional at the beginning of the wipe etc. It shows that either your team is ahead of players expectations or they really take account of their feedback and in the best of world : both.

I truly appreciate the honest answers from Marek and try and tune in every time he’s in front of the camera. Please do add all the changes in the patch notes. Personally I much prefer no bs, straightforward information without paragraphs of marketing fluff for communications to players in roadmaps / patch notes / everything / etc.

The game is super, much better then the last one and these small updates made it much better. Most ppl who complain is because they are impatient, stand to long on same spot, dont watch the windows etc.... its just like when u play pvp and someone kills u, its easier to say that he is cheating then admin that u were smashed Thank u guys for ur hard work I ask God to bless ur work Amin

If you look at gunny, handshake and lab rat you have more xp than needed for lvl 3 so when you’re on “dual task” then hand them over to the other vendor instead of those 3

Fix the player movement I think the game is coming together perfectly but the movement feels to fast like running up hills has no slow down and the side strafing while sprinting can be spammed and it all just looks bad also you can have 45 kg and still run and climb just as fast just a stamina usage difference. Anyway just a rant love the game I'll be playing as soon as I get home lol

personally i dont have a issue with weapon degrading but, there should be a option to allow us to repair them. platecarriers and all that not being able to be repaired makes sense but... yeah you can repair or replace broken with firearms (in most cases)

IMO the phones / PDA's we use to interact with the menu could be the perfect PVP reward. Take it back to base to sell to a specific vendor to crack.

And Like most things in human race. we cannot make things perfectbut we can try to do our best :) I have newer played Full realeased game that doesnt have bugs. So one advice is to try not to engage with bots when u see that uu shoot them 50 times and he doesnt die forget about him or come closer to him with flanking him then u will survived. I have overe 400h oof this game and i have alreadu 120h spent on night ops. most of the time i die or get hurt because the bots are going araound and if u dont watch the windows u will die for gurantue bcz they are acting like human people so i will give u in MFG that u guys made a good game All thanks is to God :) i look forward to the future. WHen u did ur realease i had 4060 and i wanted to enjoy the game so i bought 4070 super and it works and like all games it creashes :D And i want to say thank u for hard work :D

A lot of good questions were taken here! +rep for this. I think you guys should query high hour players within the game population about a lot of these decisions. You have the data to pick out the people that play it at a high level: these people have valuable info that you could be using better. I hate to be blunt and critical but the gameplay in these streams does not convey a very deep understanding or appreciation for the skills that can be applied to a game like this in shooting/movement/general game sense. This recent AI update confirmed that this game has amazing potential for open world PvP, i would hate to see that potential passed on because the questline is only good for about 300 hours a wipe, while good pvp game loop can last 1000s of hours or be basically infinitely entertaining. I know that degenerate gamers can be hard to work with but they do know things about the genre and what systems/features really matter to make this happen. Anyway good stuff madfinger please keep cooking

What about the drop rate on the .308? I managed to get one from a mission but can’t get nothing from loot runs! lol I have about 15 magazines for it but with them breaking, I don’t even want to take it out for a spin. 😢😂 definitely enjoying the update!

This is exactly my point with the degradation of guns, one wrong move and that nice new gun is f'ed, so we just leave it in our stash. It keeps us from enjoying all the nice new equipment

The only thing I don't like about this update is the change to the last mission. It was hard enough as it was, but at least you had a choice about how to approach it (get 10 kills here, 5 kills there, etc.). But now each sub-objective has to be done in order?! Super annoying. I think all the mission in grayzone are fairly doable, except the last one has an huge difficulty spike and now it's even harder. I hope it gets changed back to the way it was. I understand it was probably to avoid people storing the 3 containers in their locker while they get their kills, but why is that such a big deal? Even then, it's still the hardest mission.

Would love to know what your player behind you graphic settings are and what rig (video card) he is using? I was seeing 100+ fps during his game. This is my third wipe and am truly enjoying the progress on the game since day one. AI has gotten much better. Occasional still a bullet sponge when being shot with M855, especially with a head shot. Again could be poor aiming on my part at 100-200m away. AI sorta still has Xray vision. i noticed, being 100m away, sitting in a bush, scoping out the enemies, as soon as i set my cross hair on a enemy, he instantly turns to me and looks at me. He doesn't engage since he technically can't see me, as you have fixed this a bit, but when i place the crosshairs/scope on him, he shouldn't know where I am and look right at me. Most of the time I am running m4 suppressed, so even after 1 shot he shouldn't know where I am. Maybe after 2-3 shots, he could guess my location from the crack of the bullet but at 100m+, my rifle should make little detectable sound. A strategy could be implemented to reduce detection range by 25% for anyone using a suppressor, or other conditions, say rain. Binoculars would be a nice feature to have to use to scope out a location. A Ghillie suit would be great as well but should be very limited in quantity, maybe a extremely high price or even only found loot able otherwise every single player will have one. Obviously you are still working on the AI, but would love to see them take cover and flank, throw grenades, etc. As it is now, they literally just stand in the open firing and occasionally move side to side. While that is good for starter town and low level AI, the PMC, tier 3 should fight way better. Not one shot kills but move better. The armor system needs to be looked at and adjusted against ammo. AI currently can tank a m855, even if chest shots, they still should be hurt and reduced fighting as that hurt, but they literally one tap you and you are dead when they take 10 bullets. Much improved over first wipe AI. I would love to see a dog tag system on players, so when u kill a enemy faction player, you can pick up his dog tag, which lists his name, rank, faction on it as a type of trophy. Also, I would love to see a fix for the friendly fire, aggressor situation. I get the implementation of it to reduce team killing, but ammo should be loot able from friendly faction or members in your squad. I was in a fire fight the other day at TB and was running low on ammo and my squad mate died, so I was gonna grab a few rounds to help me until he made it back but then got the aggressor warning if I took it. I have noticed a few spots that players can get stuck. Mainly the bushes, ground area south of TB along the mall. I got stuck in the ground by the cars during a fire fight. I also got stuck on a log in the starter village as I was peaking over the wall. I had to kill myself and to respawn. All objects, ground, rocks, logs, should have collisions on them as they r instances so players can walk, climb or jump on them. I would love to see a few more climbing areas, roofs etc. I don't think a repair system is needed. Nobody repairs armor or helmets. if you get shot, u buy a new one. As for repairing guns, using a cleaning kit could reduce/remove it's wear. Maybe a wearable tracker could be implemented when you die. Again, great game and can't wait to see future updates

Could you please add an option for the PIP scopes to use DLSS? I don't care if it looks slightly blurry or fuzzy worse etc, Going from 50 fps to 30 or even 25 just feels so bad, It would make the game so much more playable for me, even using frame gen with DLSS doesn't help, frame gen just makes the game feel so muddy from input lag.

Its annoying winning the game and realizer that i chose wrong. 1) As for the fps drop when aiming magnified optics, why don't you have an option in settings to just do the traditional black screen around the magnified portion so the game only renders one layer at a time? I think you'd be surprised with how many people would trade some immersion for performance since most people don't have a top tier GPU that will run the game well and there's nothing worse than trying your best and losing simply because you couldn't beat the choppy frames, not the actual game itself. 2) I think there's already a reason to have a save file for each faction. Many people have friends that may not be in the same faction for various reasons. Friends aren't always friends with other friends and if both groups pick a different faction, you're forced to just pick one group and not ever play with the other group. This could also increase the longevity for those who complete everything before a wipe happens. For one, it's hard for most people to just wipe a save that you've worked on for months because they may want to come back to it. Two, they want to have a save they play when alone so that they don't progress beyond their friends when everyone isn't around. Or three, they don't want to leave the faction their friends are in to experience other perspectives. A save file for each faction is something I've wanted on Tarkov forever despite them not even having factions that actually matter yet. This just seems like such an easy thing to implement. The menu should have a faction selection on it and the server picks that save file. I know it's not THAT easy but I can't imagine it's that difficult either.

I watched a video from a guy named Goodbois and he was saying the reason the FPS is worse when aiming is because when you ADS it's not correctly using DLSS FSR etc, Its using 100% resolution, so I go from like 50 fps down to 30, which feels awful, Hearing his response has not given me faith that it will be fixed, But I would definitely consider using an option like you mentioned to gain FPS.

The frame drop isn't a Gray Zone specific issue and many games over the years have zoomed the entire screen, whether they black or blur it, for exactly this purpose. When you have two different zoom levels, the game is rendering the image twice and splicing together which parts you see and where. It's kind of like how split-screen co-op was dropped in some popular games like Halo or CoD because they're too resource intensive nowadays to run well. The way it currently is is a nice feature but problematic for a lot of people and they'd actually be at a bit of a visual disadvantage by turning it off because they'd lose their peripheral vision. So, I don't know why adding this option would be a problem for Madfinger because it doesn't cause any fair play issues with other players and only serves to make the game run better for those who need it.

If you dont have the guns degrade so much, we wont need a repair system that badly ;) and Ps for a game that is so realistic - its super unrealistic to have your guns degrade that extremely fast and from death... Sorry but it just doesnt give me gear fear. I just makes me stick to basic guns or switch to picking up a buttload enemy guns to keep in reserve - What it DOES do is keep me from enjoying all the nice new guns and that sucks horse balls

AI is better now with the latest hotfix BUT still can 1 tap you from across the map. Just did a TB solo run and just after I got out of the mall suddenly 1 tap headshot ofc ?! I cleared everything before and also the whole mall itself. this is just BS.

@@fabriziosavini7818 Good is a stretch, adding frame gen then calling it optimization is crazy, Using frame gen doesn't even feel like I'm gaining FPS cause of the input lag it creates, Kinda like running my mouse through mud while turning my DPI from 900 to 400. When using DLSS I shouldn't go from 50 fps to 30 fps just from aiming, But that's because DLSS isn't being utilized when aiming (which is my main issue) if I could get at least a constant 45 fps I'd be happy, but I can't.
