Dial-up modems are still usable to this day, you'd just need to find an ISP who still supports dial-up connections.

@namikstudios Well, it's cool to know. But, I've never seen any electronic stores that sell dial-up modems. So, I don't think that you only need to find an isp. You need to find the technology or know how to make it. But, if they still exist. That's amazing and hilarious, considering that it took forever to connect, never mind download anything. Major LOL!

@ yeah they are pretty rare these days. Almost no computers have a modem included in them anymore so you'd need to buy one separately. Just did a quick Google and found some for sale as well as some ISPs who still offer dial-up plans, so it is still possible. Can't really think of any reason why someone would need or want to use it though considering how slow it is and how many better alternatives there are.

@namikstudios I absolutely agree. It's more trouble than it's worth. I would love to go back to certain technology. Like horses. But, owning one can be harder than it's worth. And if you have to live with man made technology, why bother with dial-up? I would actually love to live with the Amish and get rid of all man made technology. Everything that I think of has caused more problems than it solved. We computers, then we needed the internet, then we needed anti-virus protection, then we needed firewalls, and we keep changing the operating system like we change our underwear, even though the newest system really never changes except the pretty dashboard. Then, I need to purchase the new hardware to run this insanity that I use once a year for anything serious. With horses, you the reins and saddle, and the horse shoes. The only thing that really needs to be replaced is the horse shoes. The rest pretty much lasts a lifetime, at least. And you really need to change the shoes because the crud that gets stuck in them will infect the hooves. Simple and uniformed has always been better. Man made technology gets more complicated, and rarely is it ever uniformed.

This may help: Creator-side feature: To enable AI-generated audio translations (dubbing), creators need to access their KZbin Studio settings, go to "Upload defaults," then "Advanced settings" and check the "Allow automatic dubbing" box. So whoever is uploading Gray's videos accidentally checked this box, and then KZbin took it from there. :)

At least in terms of him doing so for content, as I suspect he still plays some for pleasure.
