The first wasnt a tyre it was actually a pipe drum and those aren’t spinners on your “Chrysler” tyre gray those are actuall called spin lugs as you got the triangle piece with a mallet or hammer to make it spin off the screw and that’s how the mechanics would take them off and put them on

to be fair that last wheel, putting aside the material used for it's frame, seems like a good all rounder for real cars, just missing a tyre on it, the gaps underneath, if big enough, will allow the wheel to adapt to the ground since it can just dig in if the tyre starts bending into the gaps

Just FYI that "Wooden Wheel" is actually a cable spool. Used by telephone companies and electricians to hold bulk cable when they buy it. The spools are also used buy teens and hippies to make tables. The cable on the spool is covered in brown paper which is why the spool seems solid.
