Here's what you need to do. 1. Build a house with the following properties: * Sims can easily satisfy their needs. * Each room gives both a +3 happy and +3 playful buff due to decor. * There are no mirrors or showers. Sims must take baths (and ideally, they will choose to take bubble baths). The bathtub/shower combo counts as a shower and must be removed. * The house has as many microphones as possible. 2. Have someone with the fresh chef reward trait (cheat it on if you have to) produce countless plates of gummy bear pancakes. It is important that these never spoil. Once you have enough, you can remove all other food options so that sims must live off these. If you run out, put back the cooking resources and have the fresh chef create more. 3. Enroll the entire household in a club that likes to tell jokes and be funny. Get a +3 playful club vibe. Start an eternal club meeting. 4. Hire comedians for the microphones. 5. Give your sims the cheerful and goofball traits. 6. See who lives the longest without dying of laughter. Like so he sees.

You don't even have to go to this much effort! I remember one time, my mom wanted a town to have a climate showing that it was in a hot deserty area. So she made the seasons ALL SUMMER. All the time. I was like "You...might not wanna do that...!" but it wasn't until SEVERAL warnings from the Social Worker about dangerously overheated children...that she threw in a Spring. :P Basically, to the Sims' physics, an all-summer climate = TIDALLY LOCKED TO THE SUN.
