For anyone that wants to try this/have fun with the Cow Plant Death: Sims can escape Death By Cowplant on their second cake attempt if they are in a positive mood, if I'm recallin' correct! If they're uncomfortable when they take their second piece of cake, they'll almost always die (I've only avoided it once but the Sim *may* have not taken a cake the first time. Seven sims and two cowplants are hard to keep track of who takes what). So long as they are not uncomfortable they have a chance of surviving! Essence of Life is like Youth Potion! It will reset your Sims lifespan! So if I you want to try Super Sim without wasting points on multiple potions of youth/making ambrosias (does ambrosia reset a lifespan I can't remember?), get a pet cowplant and *sacrifice your enemies*! If you really want to break all the challenge rules ever, mash all the challenges together: Super Sim Black Widow 100 Baby Challenge--start with a Super Sim! Finish as many Aspirations that aren't family/romance as you can! Botanist will give you a free Cow Plant, so that one's ideal to get done fast. When you start to get bored of plowing through Aspirations and Careers and probably have most of your skills maxed, move onto Romance/Family Aspirations to begin the 100 Baby Black Widow portion. Where you will sacrifice your Donors to the Cow Plant to prolong your own life after you successfully conceive from them once. The Donor can only parent one pregnancy and then cannot be used again. You can keep them around until the baby(/ies) is(are) reach the teenage years, if you want, but they must be sacrificed to the Cow Plant to keep your matriarch alive and a new Donor cannot be courted until the previous Donor is successfully sacrificed. Obviously this makes the 100 Baby Part a little easier--but you do still have to keep your Cow Plant alive or find a way to secure many Cow Plant berries that is not through debug cheats.

actually, from what i gathered, getting swallowed by a cow plant puts a moodlet on the sim and if they get eaten while that moodlet is still active, they die. the moodlet lasts 2 days, so florida man survived by virtue of not getting eaten twice in a row over the course of 2 days

I'm sorry, but you're incorrect. From what I recall, you first need to get swallowed by a cowplant. This will give you the 2-day uncomfortable "Drained" moodlet. If you have this moodlet and you get swallowed by the cowplant a second time, the victim Sim will die. Florida man survived simply because he wasn't swallowed 2 times in a 2-day timespan.

That reminds me of an idea I had for a ck2 game. Have your (male) character become immortal and a cannibal, then marry your daughter, eat your sons you don't like and marry the rest to your daughters/whoever has traits bred into your dynasty. This suddenly reminded me of the Asylum Challenge: You start off with too few places to sleep for everybody on PURPOSE, then every time someone dies, instead of "yay we have more resources now!" you take away a bed _too_ , so it stays just as awful. :P I _would_ say "OMG GRAY NEEDS TO PLAY THAT ONE!" except he kinda does, all the time... (The "take beds away" thing isn't the whole challenge, obviously, but it's a _part_ of it. Basically your deal is to have one "sane" Sim in a mess of AI-controlled crazies and not only keep them alive, but get them to the very top of their dream job, and only THEN can they go free. They can actually get addicted to the essence, which results in 2 things: Near immunity to being lured by the cowplant, and an urge to *feed it.* Oh and essence of life increases a sim's lifespan, so they can become immortal in exchange for doing the Little Shop of Horrors routine.
