Самодел ну зачем без обид но ты не прав это смазка для вариатора не для роликов ролики вариатора не смазывают по разным причинам эта смазка разработана для того чтобы смазать валы передний(коленвал) и одеть вариатор втулку его смазать и задний вал это редуктор чтобы одеть торкдрайвер и сам торкдрайвер его внутрянку обе щеки канавки тк эту смазку не расхерачит по мотору на ремень и так далее. И теперь ты завёл народ в заблуждение и они спрашивают подобную х. итту по типу сколько такой смазки мазать на ролики вариатора 250 кубов б. Ять Ненада это делать мазать ролики не запрещено но придумали это не для этого.

Смазка точно нужна закрытым варикам. Пример старый скутер yamaha BELUGA XC125 1991. На втулке стоит сальник. Ну и полюбуйтесь этим красавцем-движком))). Кто на таком ездил поймет меня)

Вообще смазка не помешает в самом вариаторе на дорожках. Но если у вас запиленный вариатор, или же открытого типа (без ограничителя и уплотнительной резинки) стоит просто наносить ее чуть-чуть. В вариатор закрытого типа наносим смазку примерно как показано на видео.

Grease works in this variator because it has a lid sealed with o-ring, that make the grease stay where it should. Many variators are "open" and if greasing these it would come on the belt, and that is bad.

Запомните все , смызывать нужно только закрытые вариаторы , открытые если смажите , то всю смазку всеравно выбросит и смазка попадет туда куда не нужно - на ремень и т.д .

Моё мнение такое смазывать ненужно вариатор ,смазка собирает на себя пыль а пыль в свою очередь это образив которому там делать нечего!!! Запомните !и незря с завода там никакой смазки нет!только игольчатый подшипник смазать нужно и все

Those three pieces that are shaped like the letter "C" - - what is the purpose of those? How do they affect the mechanism? Performance? Seems like using them would upon the device in way that belt dust will easily enter. Also would seem to change the geometry. Are those pieces factory parts or "after market" (like Dr. Pulley) parts?

If the makers of the variator use grease so should you. They made the parts and know what they're doing as they designed it to use grease! Do you think you know better than the designers? If the variator comes bone dry then keep it like that, but if it has grease in it, there's a reason for it.The one in the video was designed to be used with grease. Others are not. And besides, why would they make such a grease if you're not supposed to use it? It's simple, follow the designers choises, and don't complain if you don't and it wears out... But you do what you want! Me? I'll follow the designers instructions...

Grease is interesting, do you have a DOT or DIN number on that? It looks pretty normal, like wheel bearing lube. Polishing the variator disk was interesting enough but when you can replace it for $12, why bother?

Variator grease is a no no. Remove all and replace rollers with sliders for better takeoff and top end.

Да, примерно столько же, сколько в этом видосе) Но не больше, иначе по всему вариаторному пространству разлетится, точнее по ремню и сцеплению, это все начнет проскальзывать, в общем будет не очень приятно потом это отмывать)

Я мокрые (влажные) вариаторы делал , углубление , и бутылку 2л обрезал грел феном она обжималась , и кольцо из жести сваривал чтоб пласмаска не слитала...

@@evgensmerdov523 тяжеловато на словах, обрезаеш бутылку кока-колы, 2 л подготавливаеш гильзу , собираешь вариатор и пальцем выдавливаеш ответную щеку втулкой до конца, смотри чтоб ролики раком не стали, далее одеваешь пластиковую гильзу и греешь феном, чтоб она обжалась, и нужно изготовить железное кольцо, я взял жесть выгнул сварил и обточил, и фекструешь пластмасску, такой метод не на все вариаторы подходит

... Looking at videos it seems that the "rollers" generally wear flat spots which would mean that they don't "roll" very much and their movement tends towards a "slide"... which does indicate that some lubrication is a necessary and good idea. That variator seems to be very well "sealed" and encased with an o-ring which wont allow grease to be flung out and contaminate pulley surfaces, on my Burgman 400 the variator is not enclosed and there would be a real danger of lubricant reaching the pulleys and belt. Has anyone tried using graphite dust, (used in lock mechanisms), to lubricate the rollers/sliders ? Chris. (in Brazil)

Hi I need some advice if you can help me I have a sin of a Chinese scooter of 50cc gy6.does not want to run harder than 40,45,50 I started with replaced new clutch, racing variator, coil racing, cdi racing roller variator, simple drum, air filter sponge, stock filter several combinations from 4.5g to 9g, still does not work. I opened the engine, found the bent intake valve (started at quarter) and here I changed the piston, segments, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft, platform + cleats.
