Mike, tack för den fina videon! Din fru var mycket trevlig att titta på, men musiken var fruk-tans-värd! Tack igen!

So quaint. Thanks for sharing your beautifully made video with an unexpected cherry on the cake 'Villerville' at the end of this production.

Thank you for your kind words! Places like Villerville really excite me: they are so small and so beautiful

Thank you for such kind words! I am trying to recreate the atmosphere of those places with video editing and music. This is the longest piece I have ever edited!

Thanks for this really interesting video! So many videos about Normandy just cover the obvious destinations in quite a superficial way, but you manage to add many interesting details, and the video is well filmed.

We were due to take a Christmas cruise to Rouen and Honfleur in 2017 unfortunately the day we were due to leave we got the only heavy snow of the year and we never got to the ship so I have yet to visit Rouen. I love Honfleur and Deauville. I am visiting Honfleur and Le Havre in the Spring.

Thank you! It certainly is! It was filmed before the pandemic, so seeing people without masks is amazing!

In Le Havre, you missed out by not visiting the library that you filmed from the outside. It's very cozy and modern inside. Also, just an hour's drive from Le Havre is the incredibly beautiful Étretat Cliffs.

How long did the ferry took from england to France and which ports? How much was the ferry per person and how and where to buy the tickets? Planning on visiting both counties late this year. Thanks!

Can i ask when you visited these places. We are planning in July and wanted to check how hot it can get
@mikebogatyrev3058 Жыл бұрын
Hi Sunaya, we went there in July. The north part of France was nice and mild but as went further south it was incredibly hot. At some point it was +40! I don’t take heat very well so I was always wearing a white hat and sunglasses 😂 But it was still a great journey to take!

@@mikebogatyrev3058 many thanks Mike. We are planning mostly northern france. Looking forward 😊. Thanks for your informative video

Lovely video. If you would spend three nights, is it better to stay in Honfleur or in Deauville?
@mikebogatyrev30582 жыл бұрын
I would say Honfleur. That’s if you like quirky medieval places.
@ellendeman84172 жыл бұрын
@@mikebogatyrev3058 merci! I was afraid it might be a little to small for three nights. Are there some shops for shopping?
@philharriman32032 жыл бұрын
@@ellendeman8417 There is plenty to do in Honfleur, it's not small, there are lots of great shops and restaurants and on the edge of town there is the Honfleur Normandy Outlet for a more concentrated shopping experience. Deauville IMHO is a little more upmarket, more expensive but definitely worth a day out, it's only a 15 minute drive from Honfleur.
