Klein is cool. That said, for the money, get you a clamp meter. Highly recommend the cl800. I don’t know anything about your channel but if you’re a tech, it’s easier to use a clamp meter imo. Say your tracking down parasitic draw, and you run the multimeter inline….with a clamp meter you can just clamp it over the wire and get your miliamps (or drain) that way. True rms so your ripple will be as accurate as possible. Stuff like that.

Good info as always, Tony. Those screwdrivers look like a decent deal. Myself, I think my 35 year-old Craftsman and Klein ones will last me until I die. And the Klein meter is a great unit!! I have an older version, and a 2004 vintage FLUKE one as well.

As always, another great review. Honest & concise in your thoughts on the items. The DeWalt power stack batteries are a great deal! When you use battery power tools overhead as I do, battery weight plays a huge factor. Thanks again for your input!

Hi Tony, I can definitely recommend Klein multimeters. I don't use multimeters often, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a Fluke. I have that one you're looking at, and a Klein that is TMRS as well. The money I spent for both of them, I probably wouldn't be able to touch a top quality Fluke. I think both Kleins I have are great

Agreed sir. I am a electrician and I work with meters just about every day to some degree. I have a few but regardless about what people may say about my loyalty to Klein… I have to say that my Klein meters are just as nice and user friendly as some of the more higher end Flukes. I have access to just about every meter that I could ever want and Klein is good enough for me. I use 99% nothing but Klein tools and have most of the Mod Box product line and probably just about every attachment. Klein has really stepped it up in the meter department so no matter if you’re a professional like myself or a weekend warrior you can feel assured Klein really has great products. Klein is First Class these days. . Love your Videos Tony!!
