And add that is really near Pescara, very well connected and was not destroyed during WWII, so keeps all the charm of an ancient italian city. Thanks Rino for this tour!

I don’t mind the modernity. If I were to live in a town in Italy I would want to be out and about as much as possible. It is small but less to clean. !!

Still fairly high ceilings for not being an older property. I think the charming view over the city makes up for the lack of charm inside. This would make a great holiday home.
