Just letting you know the Finale of the Deep Fontaine craftable is amazing for her and there was a recent Natlan event weapon that should be great on her too so just a caution/suggestion that you don’t necessarily need Clorinde’s weapon unless you truly want it. Like Jello said, its better to go for her C1 so I'd highly suggest not going for the weapon but you do what you'd like :)

As an Arlecchino main that owns no natlan characters, pulling on Mavuika seems super hard to justify. It seems her best teams need her, Xilonen, and Citlali, which is just too much to ask for an archon. All other archons (except Venti) function perfectly fine on their own. Can't wait to see the videos of your builds and teams!

I disagree with Citlali powercreeping Shenhe. The only thing they have in common is that they are supports who are Cryo. But they don't support the same thing. The people who benefit from Citlali's buff (pyro/hydro DPS) are different from those who benefit from Shenhe's buffs (cryo/physical). She's only powercreep over Shenhe for Chasca exclusively because she's both pyro/hydro DPS AND a cryo DPS, but no one else is like Chasca. If you are a Ganyu, Wriothesley, or Ayaka main, do you REALLY think Citlali is a better support for you than Shenhe?

Haha no. Sure Citlali will buff Furina's goonsquad on freeze, so there is that, but she does nothing for Ayaka, and only a tiny bit for jean/xianyun swirl and nothing if you opt for Xilonen. Mono Cryo? Just no. Then on burnmelt I guess she buffs the burn a bit but cryo is still doing most of the damage...maybe debatable on straight melt where pyro is doing the melting? I would almost always take Shenhe. Ayaka usually deals most of the damage so you want her getting most of the buffs. Cant speak for Wriothesley (have him but not built) or Ganyu (am getting her this time for sure damnit).

They already teased the new element at end of 5.3 story quest -- "where next" question to Mauvika. It's the Ancient Moon power, different to the elements. Skirk will almost certainly be the intro to that and foreshadow of Nod Krai in 6.0, which Mauvika also mentions. Hoyo know how to hype.

No Chevreuse in my account either, and I’ve been playing since before the character came out. I don’t pull for 4 stars if I don’t think I can use the 5 star, not until there’s 4 star hard pity, like I mention in every in-game survey I fill out about combat or characters. I hope a C1 Iansan or Ifa will be able to do some of the stuff Chevreuse can, given they’re portrayed in the story as characters who should buff or heal.

I have her c5 from Raiden/Yoimiya banner, but I don't use her, I'd rather have c5 Kirara instead

i’d say Arlecchino is a meta dps you should get if you’re a new player, she’s much better than Mavuika if you don’t have Xilonen and can’t afford Citlali, and if you already pulled on Neuvillette then she’ll fill out a second team so you never have to worry about building one for the spiral abyss later

Alrecchino hasn't gotten worse, it's just Mavuika is unfortunately better. Lets not get distracted from the fact Arlecchino is still the 2nd best Pyro DPS in the game, better than every other one before her. And also still at least top 5 of all DPS's still, if not top 3. She's also more versatile and flexible than Mavuika, at least in DPS teams anyway.

Correction, Clorinde c1 does NOT give u interupt resistance. Its her c2 that gives it and its also not full resistance if u want that its in her c6

Hoping to get my c3 Chevreuse to c6! Hopefully without breaking pity, but if I do end up getting Chlorinde I wouldn't be sad. Keqing just doesn't cut it any more anyway and c0 Raiden is pain. I just haven't decided if C0R0 is a good stopping point for Mavuika and Citlali, or I should go one pity on the weapon banner. TTDS just seems like so much value for Citlali and Mavuka already looks dripped out with my r2 Wolf's Gravestone, so I'm a bit hesitant. On the other hand I don't have any premium claymores atm.

Not to argue in Baizhu’s favor too much, I don’t really have a solid opinion of him, but his kit synergy with Thrilling Tales really helps my OCD. He is an HP scaler, so he actually uses the substat, and his burst cooldown is 20 seconds, which matches Thrilling Tales. I know people will get upset by ER, but I don’t think it’s that bad, you’re going to be living in the deep wood domain regardless if you want damaging Dendro teams so getting an ER sands and 15%+ er subs on your other pieces for 210% total is a perfectly reasonable ask imo

Personally, I use baizhu for overworld since his skill also heals. Yk other healers like xilonen or xianyun have to burst to effectively heal, so I think he also has good overworld utility. Sure you can use food to heal, but Baizhu makes it more comfy... for me at least.

Dude, try monocryo with Shenhe. Shenhe is obviously designed for using as many cryo characters as posible on the same team. I clear an abyss side in about 30 seconds with Ganyu, Shenhe, Rosaria, Xilonen.

I'm kinda annoyed with these 2 banners back to back but I'm willing to be a dumbass and "build pity" for Chevreuse Cons when the second phase drops. If I get a 5 Star it will be Arlecchino's C1 and I already have her signature so... yeah. I would like to risk it to a new 5 star but again, I'm fine with cons for both Arle and Clorinde if I get them. I also think some people have been sleeping on Clorinde for a time now, she shreds the new dumb plant in abyss 12-2-2.

Rosaria DPS team recommendation: Rosaria, Furina, C6 Bennett, Nahida. Build Rosaria on a hybrid setup with lots of EM, do auto-attacks and charge attacks (pretend you're HuTao) and she'll proc both forward melts and reverse melts, as well as burgeons and maybe reverse vapes? Definitely stronger since I happen to have the staff of scarlet sands tho

I have benett build but Im gonna be using offield mavuika istead of him everywhere when her offield pyro does not screw reactions. I hate circle impact so much,especially as a mobile player. Aiming with chasca being inside the stupid circle at enemies right next to me is a nightmare. I have to lose dps by releasing attack button just to readjust my screen towards enemies,its so freaking janky when you can't move away from enemies without losing circle buff

I have Arlecchino and Clorinde, and already have C6 Chevy and Rosaria... so this entire banner is just the one new 4* for me, or I might go for a weapon. Getting C6 Chevy was bizarre - I only got C1 when she first ran, but then I just kept getting her on the standard banner, and even from the event banner when she wasn't on it!

It's going to have to be Ganyu, Shenhe, and Clorinde for me. Clorinde is a direct power creep for Keqing, and is a great teammate for Mavuika if you have no other Natlan characters. As for the Cocogoat and Shenhe, who knows when they will rerun again? Plus we have Sneznaya coming (part of it) later this year, and you have to think cryo units will benefit from whatever gimmick Hoyo has in store for us.

I'm skipping Guranteed pyro archon to pull in second half, haven't yet decided to pull for arlecchino c1 or new chlorinde and definitely pulling shenhe, one biggest factor for this decision was banner 4 stars, 4 stars on pyro archon banner are so bad.

That’s not how it works. You don’t get one of the other five stars that are in the chronicle banner if you lose the 50-50. You get a standard 5 star character like Diluc.

You can’t do a team of clorinde, mavuika pyro traveler and cheverose, the team works fine if you ask me and it’s better to put the traveler instead of Ororon

If you are F2P just save for the upcoming ones you like. If you get welkin every now and then you might wanna pull for Arlecchino (chronicled wish pity goes poof after it ends so you need at least 180 wishes or you are wasting primos so Ganyu might be too expensive)

I just got a random Primordial Jade Winged-Spear off of the Standard banner. I had pulled Citlali and was planning to use her as IR, and pull for Arle's weapon to upgrade my White Tassel (and for drip. Now I don't know what to do, I'm going to finish leveling the PJWS for her and see if that and Citlali puts her in a good enough spot. But I really do want those 4 stars as well, all 3 look great and I only have a single Chev and no Rosaria. I'm glad that I don't have to pull on that terrible weapon banner for 4 stars, but man her weapon is so cool too. I don't have Chlorinde, but I do have Raiden so I'm not really considering pulling her that much, which is again another great reason to not pull Arle's weapon and risk losing it to her weapon that I don't have a use for.

It's a pretty dirty line-up for long-time players that already have Arle and Clorinde, like me. Chevy has yet to be on a banner that I want to wish on, only ever with 5-stars that I already own. I managed to snipe her at C0 on her first banner, and then got a random C1 off of some other banner. And then of course Lan Yan, as an Anemo catalyst shielder which fulfills a niche we've been needing for quite a while. Not to mention that I, along with probably many players, just dumped everything I had into Mavuika and Citlali. If I'd gotten super lucky with my pity and 50/50s, I might have gone for Chevy and Lan Yan cons with the risk of getting Arlecchino C1, but once I can scrounge up enough wishes to make it to pity for Citlali, that's going to be it from me for this patch. Saving through the rest of 5.3 and almost certainly through 5.4.

Unfortunately, I'm on the same boat as you. I used up 200+ wishes for C0R1 Mavuika and Citlali, so I'm now just torn between saving for the rest of 5.3 or if I should instead continue wishing in the second phase to get Lan Yan or Chevy cons. At the very least, we have Lantern Rite for our usual guaranteed new Liyue 4 star, so I'm not forced to pull unless Lan Yan's cons are pretty good.
