Yesterday it dawned on me that you hadn't posted recently...Vlogmas spoiled us!!! I hear you re sleeping in a contorted position to allow your fur babies to be comfortable!!! My Ms. Kitty has a habbit of rubbing her head in/on my hands if I leave them out of the covers...but she drools too so that usually wakes me up!! Gotta love them!! I have always wanted to be a flight attendant. I tried applying when I was in my 20s but I never pass the screening where they take height & weight measurements. I'm only 5'1" and height requirement is usually 5'3. Now that I'm 53yrs old, I gave up on my dream but came across your video & it has inspired me to be a flight attendant all over again. Congratulations on your 7th year!!! You are an inspiration.

Go for it! I think the height requirement for my airline is 5'1 but I think 5 ft tall should be fine for most airlines. Sometimes it's not about the height but how far you can reach.

I was 55 when I got the best job I’ve ever had ( not flight attendant but hospitality) and I’ve been here 6 years! Do it! We “seasoned” people do well in public facing jobs.

Ah, easy amusement. Door up; door down. (If you heard this in Mr. Miyagi’s voice, points). It’s cool that the door finally works. It’s been two years?? I wonder what’s in Lucky Charms that sets off your stomach. Perhaps there’s a high content of dairy? I’m curious: what happens if you get sick when you’re on a layover? I assume they call someone on reserve to take your slot if you can’t fly. How do you get home? Are your hotel expenses covered if you’re too ill to fly at all?

One flight attendant is required for every 50 seats on an aircraft, whether they're occupied or not. On the aircraft with less than 150 seats we only need three flight attendants. When there's more than 150 seats we need an additional flight attendant for every fraction of 50 seats. An aircraft with 182 seats would require four flight attendants and our largest aircraft would require five flood attendants any flight attendant over the original three crew members would be called chasers in my airline.
