Ur synchros are a variant of f2p known as grind-to-play. I myself have played since getting a 3rd relinquished was meta defining, or when Rezd was popular as such I have 3 gozuki. This deck is really consistent and fun to play, you get into people's face and smash them OTK lots of games! The same box has support for dragunuity, gladiator beasts, lightsworn and blue eyes. I basically started with this box and have no regrets.

Free to play is in my opinion an Aromages. You need no SR and UR from any box, just get them from Card Trader. And even if you do not want to wait for them to appear you may go for miniBOX where all cards you probably need are N or R. But most important is that Aromages are very fun and comptetetive so you can easily reach King of Games.

I think you can have UR's (not duplicates) in a F2P deck if it's from the same box as the majority of the SR cards, or single picks of the cards commonly obtained through dream tickets (canadia, cosmic cyclone, raigeki break) or single copies of cards from a structure deck. Cards exclusive to selection boxes are, of course, illegal!

@@m.h.j39 all the lunalights are in Judgement Force, around the N°26 box in the store. None of them are UR, so with one box u get all the monsters and fusion cards u need to use them.

A bettter alternative is "Arcana Force XIV - Temperance", wich has the same effect as Kuriboh, u can get it when u duel Sartorius in GX.

My opinion on f2p. 1 time through a main or 2 times through a mini. 1 structure deck plus a box run. You are allowed to use tickets for sr/ur cards. Ideally you don't need event specific cards. Basically: "I am brand new to duel links and I should be able to make this deck with all the sign up freebies/rewards".

P.s if you ever make an Angel O7 deck, that would be da bomb. Edit: I've finally gotten this deck and I really like it! I just clapped a Shiranui that used two fiendish chains and a floodgate against me, but they still lost. Great deck! Only change I made was 1 less Kuriboh and 1 less Polymerization to add 2 Mirror Walls. Gotta protect the girls a bit and it helps with destiny draw sometimes. Thanks for the awesome deck!

In my opinion a pretty easy f2p deck to build is the superheat samurai one....I spend a lot of gems trying to get magic seal from the future horizon box for my dark magician deck....still have no luck getting it, but I manage to get a complete superheat samurai deck and have been winning 80% since yesterday

I agree with your definition of F2P, but I think it's also fair to assume that people went through the previous mainboxes once or miniboxes twice since there's a certain amount of time between every box. So maybe, if I may suggest, showing two versions, one using only drops and the cards of the box and other adding cards from previous boxes applying the same idea of F2P (if it makes the deck any better), wouldn't be a bad idea

As a proud member f2p community a "f2p" deck (to me) in my regard is a deck that can work with minimal input and can progressively get better. This means that the majority of the deck can be played without need for multiple copies of a ur. Decks like WC, BW and neos cant be instantly f2p because they require multiple copies of URs however they are still accessible to f2players. SHS Shiranui and lunalight dont need there optimal build to be viable so you can play them and work on them. So simply a f2p deck is one that can be built quickly and and have core cards below sr level (sorry its a meh description just picture a chick holding it on a board or smthn)

Only thing would be sphere kuriboh, anything else would be trap cards which creates a risk that your opponent might just destroy/banish/negate them. Although I guess hand traps like that can also be negated with stuff like aromages. Edit: Oh yeah and Bacon Saver too, but it has its issues. Kiteroud would have been the best alternative if it wasnt limited to 2

Are Structure Decks p2w? It is way cheaper to access cards from a Structure Deck opposed to a Minibox, let alone Mainbox, because you receive guaranteed cards. Also you can get a second and third copy of Structure Deck exclusive cards, by using UR and SR Dream Tickets (instead of money).

It's best to use the dream tickets for the main boxes and mini boxes since its always guaranteed to get what the structure deck has since main and mini don't allow you to buy the specific cards out of them.

thank you dkayed and i really wish that konami improve the experience for free to play players since 95% just quit the game after a specific period for not be able to keep up with the meta and that puts the game to danger because the community would be very small with out the free to play players
