Cadillac a major rail center back in the day...lived there til fifth grade at least three North and South Pennsylvania passenger trains; numerous freight. Vaguely remember the two Ann Arbor passenger trains..rode on top of mail sacks from depot to post office..old model T truck. So much mail at Christmas season I could bottom of street lights preaching on the pile of mail sacks. True story

Awesome video! Interesting that they left all of those cement/plastic hoppers back in Selma!

Thank you!! I know, I was hoping for a larger train. Sometimes GLC's logic defies me.

Nice stuff Todd. When does CSTN depart Cadillac? Hoping to get a shot like you have at Cadillac Lake. Thanks for sharing your great videos

Thank you for the kind words Patrick! Currently CSTN departs Selma Yard between 9-11am. Your best days would be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday but GLC is good at throwing curve balls. Today they ran to TC so it's a pretty safe bet they'll go to Clare tomorrow (Thursday). Good lock on your shot!!

Best of luck! It might be beneficial to check this thread on Thursday evening to get a good vibe what they'll do Friday. railroadfan.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=36533 The Great Lakes Central pages on Facebook are useful as well.
