@@samaelmartinus3273 ya the plastic is cheap feeling and you can’t really walk with it due to zoom. I also have a mono digital off Amazon that’s single times zoom or close to it and it’s fine to walk around wearing. Both service a purpose. Moving or stationary. 🤙🏻

They're fixed at 10x optical zoom - the variable 8x digital zoom is applied _on top_ of that. These are common specs amongst cheap NV devices.

One big problem. Unless you have 20/20 vision, there's no way to adjust the display. Page 6 of the manual says to adjust the EYE PIECE DIOPTER, but it doesn't exist.

Hey! Outer Limitless 2, how is it going?.....you know? I just received this friendly little nice pair of binoculars myself like a week ago and I believe they are great, however, as you mention they are NOT 1 on 1 or close range binoculars, the very same instructions indicate that they are for long range use, so! do you happen to know some kind, type or brand of binoculars for the price of these nice ones, for close range use?....I mean like those in that movie The Silence of The Lambs.....since I saw that movie I wanted some night vision binoculars, many years have passed now, and these ones are my very first pair of night vision binoculars, and they are great, but I would like something for close range night sighting, thanks in advance! greetings!

Are they automatically a binocular as in they don’t have A feature who you can just stick your hand in front of your face and it not blocked everything or a little limb, not getting in the way I have a pair on the way I’m just curious I kinda wish I would’ve went with the monocle, but I can go for one of them lateror just keep these until I can get some PVS 14s do they work after you set them to a certain distance so you can actually walk around at night

Just a word of caution. I wear glasses, and just for reading (very light prescription). But, with this unit is must be around 9" away from my eyes for the date/timestamps to be in focus.

Hello everything is fine ? Recently I had a problem when buying a night vision device: - ONLY a small circle (an ellipse) on the device's screen is where the night vision appeared. - only what appeared on the screen was this small image, small circle (ellipse) in infra red. - another problem: when zooming in, this small circle (ellipse) of infrared was totally out of focus and was moving out of the screen. - so the infrared image was not projected across the whole screen (only on this small circle (ellipse - as you zoom in, the image went off the screen) - So this device presented, the "Hojocojo NV8160" presents the infrared image on ALL YOUR SCREEN, is that right?

Seems like every company from overseas wants to put in their own rechargeable batteries. Which means anything goes wrong with the battery you're screwed. I do not like that. Why not just make it either or??? Where if you want to use aa batteries, you can. Not a huge difference really to a lot of people but to me huge no-no. Peace.

sadly, owning such a thing is strictly forbidden in my country (cannot have any head mounted night vision device). I know this is VERY dumb but sadly, that's country laws ... But it looks really interesting i must say.

Definitely solid...if it didn't have the glow on your face it would be very low key. The glow is a bit of a giveaway, but in the right scenario it is definitely a solid option.

I can see this is good for static surveillance for sure. I was disappointed about the non-walking experience. I'm looking for a similar unit for hunting away from any light source which I can put on and walk to the hide on the field without using a flashlight let's say about 2 miles. Which also, can be used as a night spotter (eyeshine) I don't care much about the sound and recording either. If this one is not really for that can you recommend a similarly priced unit good for walking? Thanks
