I applied in some universities, in Italy, Poland universities are not open for admission intakes for 2022/2023, DOV is Mandatory? , in case if I couldn’t get it , Can I seek permission to apply for a visa without DOV explaining to the University my whole situation.? My 1st preference is Italy , then 2ndly poland. , I live in Dubai, it’s hard for me to get DOv 🤦🏻‍♂️, because my domicile is not attested from MOFA Pakistan, only my educational documents are attested with the foreign ministry. I have heard that in order to apply for DOv, I need my Domicile attested form foreign ministry of my country ( Pakistan) , I cannot go to Pakistan, I want to fly from Dubai.
