@@lamgoumangchongloi5344 What does that even mean? Newer _discoveries_ or _inventions,_ depending on your point-of-view, in mathematics don't invalidate _older_ mathematics. Also, these _newer_ mathematical discoveries are not typically the topics one encounters in your average high school or undergraduate textbook. They tend to be at the periphery - if you will. The issue here appears more pedagogical in nature and has nothing to do with _mathematics_ per se. Actually, given the atrocious state of mathematical literacy in the USA, older textbooks might be better.
