No intro......video is way too long. Caught around 80 fish up at Lake Poinsett. Most fish were around the 8-9 inch mark. My jig head was a 1.5 gram Daiwa Gekkabijin SS with a #8 hook. As usual the lure was a Trout Magnet in Bison, Sow Bug, and root Beer Float color. Rods on this trip were Diplomat Extreme 62 UL.....and a TenRyu Lunakia 63 LML. Mostly used the Lunakia. Wife caught several nice fish this trip. This was an awesome day....whole lot of fun! Thanks for watching and hope you enjoy the video.

you have found quite the pond mr randy. the fish aren't giants but they are as healthy as i have ever seen. hard to believe they aren't beat up and poor after spawning all summer. must be some rich nutrients in there.

I notice you kind of jiggle the rod tip on a straight retrieve. Is that how you suggest fishing for panfish? Loop knot or which knot? You just let jig fall to bottom or close to it and thin reel it back slowly? Thanks.

It’s called “Twitching”. Very productive way to catch all panfish. I do reel back slow but the rod tip is always twitching.
