I bought one that was 6 months old. The seller said he wanted to get all Garmin electronics. The warranty is void since it is considered a used model. Six months later, I had to have the board replaced at a cost of $600 out of pocket. When it works, it's good but it does not always works. I've had to reset it several times and hold my breath every time I go fishing. Would I buy one again, Hell No, buyer beware.

i been so busy lately at work i don't think i have fished in 3 months. in another year or so that little gem of a lake you've found is gonna have some really monster crappie. sure hope they don't wait to long to let people keep some. an overstocked crappie population can be disasterous for any lake.

If you asked me to choose between crappie and bluegill action…that’d be a tough choice. Summertime gill action is a blast, but always look forward to when the cooler weather rolls in and the crappie bite picks up. The BG-1 is a nice jig head, for sure. Caught some nice bluegill on them last Summer. Your excitement and appreciation for ultralight fishing is contagious, Randy! Every time you post, I’m ready to get back on the water. Would have had some nice filets if you had been looking to keep some of those slabs. Those black nose are beautiful. Awesome day on the water! Thanks for taking us along.🙏🐟

randy... maybe it would nice to keep the camera running during the day and share your thoughts and approach during the fishing session. Not just reeling the fish, but what are you thinking when they are not biting, changing lures and stuff.. I don't think editing will be much more difficult. Editing videos is not hard. Making reviews is hard ..

Hello Troutman! I heard about your channel from Ifish. I am interested in Varivas aji.. I am hunting horse mackerel. which nylon, polyester or braid do you recommend? I would like to buy Aji blue moon but I am not sure how it performs. is it stretchy a lot? is it sensitive to fish bite? should I maybe choose some other varivas? maybe Super Trout Area SVG ? The Blue moon is the best FC line I have used. I have had no issues with and it. It sinks and is more sensitive than mono. It has less stretch than nylon line. Don't overlook the Ester lines. They have no stretch and are probably the most sensitive lines you can get.
