Fishing all alone in the Everglades is great social distancing, endorsed by our governor. Today I start with a heart tail swim bait and do fine but then I switch to a buzz frog and really light them up!

Roland, don't you give them haters any response, i think you call out fish sizes very accurately. Fish look smaller on camera, makes a 5lber look like 2 maybe 3lbs. You gotta look for the small clues ti tell how heavy over is but it all comes from time and experience from catching the bigguns. i love you Rowland, take care buddy. You made me the fishing machine i am today sir. Love your videos man, keep it up!

I know you have a lots of sponsors but I want to see and know your topwater experience with old tackle, too. Look forward to see from Japan. Thank you!

Roland, I've been a life-long fisherman who enjoys fresh- and salt-water fishing. Never have I come across someone with this much knowledge and experience! Absolutely love watching your videos and learning from your wisdom. One suggestion: any chance you could post links to gear and lures you use in your videos right below so people could go and purchase some of the amazing rods & reels & lures that you so capably use (and perhaps you could get a cut of each sale from the manufacturer)? Would be win-win for everyone watching and for you making these gems.

I always learn something from this Master. Teacher, you always seem so enthused about everything fishing. Sometime would you teach us what the different vegetations are named? And, stay in the canoe...gator bait.

It would be great to eventually watch footage from Rolan's perspective. A chest mounted GoPro would do the trick. It would, however, have to be edited between the main camera's footage. It just would be great to see what Roland sees sometimes.

I'm all for doing everything we can to slow the spread but I'm also an older guy and in a perfect world I don't know how many times I'll get to go fishing but especially with this pandemic and now they're saying it could be worse when flu season hits. You load the boat at home, drive to a remote area fish surrounded by nature and sunshine...how is that going to spread the virus? In fact it's better because if you give guys an excuse not to go to work but they are allowed to go fishing we can keep this up forever.
