Great Spot For An Easier Alpine Hike - Predigerstuhl from Erlacherhaus I AT

The long drive through Radenthein took us into the more remote parts of the Alps, but it was well worth it. If you want to visit a majestic, rocky but quiet alpine environment, where the only sounds are the whistling of ground squirrels, the mooing of cows and the whistling of the wind or a hiker here and there, then this is the place to come. At 2170m, the Predigerstuhl vantage point is the imposing hill that frames this valley. A perfect place for a mass.

Altitude difference: ~ 570 m
Terrain: forest, meadow and alpine paths and roads, a rather easy climb to Predigerstuhl and a more challenging descent on a steeper rocky path to Erlacher Bockhütte
