Great St Bernard Pass (Italian side) - Switzerland raw runs [#1]

First ride of the trip and first time seeing the Italian side of the Great Saint Bernard Pass. We ended up setting the fastest time down here which was a bonus as we were just stoked to get going on such a great road. What is power actually measuring? Even without pedaling it's still a non zero value, just dropping towards zero. Mine drops to zero immediately when I stop pedaling, so it can't measure the same thing. Seems it's some kind of a 3 or 5 sec average?
