Bonjour Jira and thanks for another video. It was good that in the second part you film more the ground tiles in the bathrooms -- this is something important to show, especially in the shower, and you could show maybe even more in details. Same thing with the vanity in the bathroom, it is often too quick or too partial. Please take a time to insist on the elements. I think this will enhance your videos. I viewed this Villa weeks ago. Very nice place. 10,000 Baht a month fees I think I was quoted. Pool cleaning, security and possibly Villa landscape maintenance.

You know, these are all lovely houses, but why would anyone want to spend that kind of money as an expat? My house here in the States costs more than that and I'm retired. When I move to Hua Hin, Thailand, the LAST thing I want is to spend that kind of money on a house. I'm sorry if that comes off as abrasive, but I just don't see the logic, unless of course the expat has lots of money, then more power to them. But for myself, at age 67, all I really want is something small that I don't have to spend a lot of time keeping it up.

Hi Jira, ... smile ... That was a short video with very informative content. What is absolutely important is the proximity to the beach and the city. The pool would have been the right size for me, but a few mango trees and palm trees are still missing. But that should be decided by the new owner! The price of €146,500 is justified for the beautiful well-kept villa. Here and there normal signs of use can be seen, but they can also be overlooked! The rooms have a sufficient layout and are tastefully furnished. Again, this property should quickly find a new owner. Will forward it to the appropriate places. ... smile ...
