Thanks. May 7th last year was the D stock Farewell Tour and I do remember that day well. I remember chatting a lot to someone about Trains before they left at Embankment. Was that really you? How did you find my channel? Well probably the first name gave it away.

Yes that was me! No I looked on your other channel and then found this. I found your channel ages ago and have been subscribed for a long time but never had my own channel and when I got it I did not comment that much. But even if I don't comment I still watch your videos and enjoy them!

Well that it all makes sense. Well about 7 weeks later I moved to Upminster which is the terminus of the District Line and only been trainspotting for just over 15 months despite starting very late. Well feel free to comment on my videos anytime especially my Northern Line ones which obviously I had to have a starting point.

Did you go to St Ives because it is an absolutely amazing coastal town. And only recently has it become GWR because it used to be first great western. I preferred the FGW livery to the GWR

Well FGW took over in April 2006 and was rebranded in September 2015 as GWR although I do agree I do prefer the original. I didn't get much time to go into St Ives itself because I had to head back to St Erth which by the way the return Journey was 30 minutes later after arriving. The reason I had to get back to St Erth was to head back to Truro which I had earlier that day filmed over the Maritime Line from Falmouth Docks to do some trainspotting.

There was 2 units I saw still in plain FGW livery 150125 and 150238 at Truro
