Well done guys. I've seen a few KZbinrs take that one on... looks so pretty yet so hard. Been ages since I've run on the beach (I live in the high desert these days) Also running on the bank like that has to be murder on your hips. Also congrats on your marathon. Had new clue you had that one on your race calendar. You did a great job filming it and that had to be hard to pass by the finish line area at about the half way point knowing you had another 13 miles to do before you could finish. Cool videos.

I live just up the coast and run on sand all the time, less impact and harder so definitely more beneficial, only issue of running here is wind! Especially in winter, those cold northerly’s are horrific to run in

We can have 10-20 cms of snow at ours here in Ontario with temperatures of minus 30. That is quite hard as well. Snow/sand-you take your pick!
