I love that bake off actually has celebrities that or more known than what most celeb shows do. As much as I love I’m a celebrity and other shows, nowadays most of the celebrities on them are not actual celebrities. They are from love island or other reality shows. Bake off has some reality show celebrities, yes, but it also has actual celebrities. For example, Richard Dreyfuss who was an actor in things like Jaws or James McAvoy who is in films like Split or x-men or Daisy Ridley from Star Wars.

Same, with most of these celebrity type shows I am lucky if I recognise even one name. A true celebrity is someone who is known to people who don't watch their show, listen to music, follow their sport etc. If the everyday person does not know your name you have nit reached celebrity status.
