For anyone wanting to bungee jump, PLEASE watch these type of videos, form is REALLY important, my form was really shit when I jumped for the first time and I started to spin uncontrollably, I probably did 13 FULL spins at a really high speed (while I was upside down) and I was nausious the next 2 days with a headache

Love this informative video. Yesterday, Sept 24th, I tired to bungee here in California but could not find the courage to leap. I stood at the edge 3 different occasions but couldn't throw myself over. I've been thinking about why fear too over and how I let it control me. I weight 226 lbs. and was the heavier of our group and kept thinking that I weighted more. I will conquer this fear but how fast I build up the courage is bugging me.

I think im gonna have to do a body harness tho. I think thats always what scared me the most about seeing bungee jumping before haha just being attached by your ankles. Even if they are both the same safety, its definitely different mentally

Does this jumping create any spinal problems? Because body weight free fall and suddenly the rope catches the spine. It's scary when I thought about that😱

solo when I goo I am doing the body harnessed I'm doing a backward so I can feel what is like when they do it in anime(e.g. when dazai fall from the roof of the building)
