Am pleased to say that I just enjoyed a wonderful lunch in Figlmueller, and the pork schnitzel was superb. However, I am a bit disappointed that Chef Fargel's four variations on the potato salad are no longer on the menu. Still, the basic salad was wonderful! I detected some flavors other than what Great Chefs mentioned, namely, tarragon and balsamic vinegar. Maybe a variation on the original? Nevertheless, wonderful! I have visited several baisls in Vienna, but Figlmueller remains nonpareil!

And now a little Lesson. In the Video, you see the Pork Schnitzel. BUT: The Original Wiener Schnitzel is Meat from the Calf. There are many Restaurants, they called it Pork Wiener. Thats not a Wiener. It is a baked Pork Schnitzel. Wiener is only and always Calf.
