Dad Paris where Amo Modar Was where Amo Maan lives is where also the recipes like the mushroom soup and those French recipes started being cooked

And ... that was Bernard's downfall ... Michelin did not like the "no butter no cream" lack of flavour style of French cooking. Should not have gone with "trendy" low fat nonsense ... and stuck to your original fantastic food Bernard ... R.I.P Chef.
