So, I just realized as I was playing 2, with the exception of Tinkerer, these games have the same big bads as the Raimi movies, just out of order. Otto Octavius/Doctor Octopus, Venom, and, if the G-Serum Norman mentioned is any indication, as well as the prototype mask and bombs from his penthouse in the first game, Green Goblin isn't far behind.
