There was a story I heard of a very overweight man. He had no plans of returning to a healthy weight, and was too depressed to try. But his sister got sick, and needed a organ transplant (kidney if I recall correctly, could be wrong). He was the only match, and with his health so bad he wouldn't be viable. So, he started working out every single day for hours each day to be able to be healthy enough to save her. It ended up being a win win for both of them. She recovered and he was healthy, and found himself a wife too. Its been awhile since I heard this story, so if anyone else has heard it do let me know! It was so wholesome I had to share.
