The goblin Surprise met the criteria for the +2/+2 boost and should then be at 7 power. Double strike hitting for 14 exactly.

Ruby's +2/+2 is an attack trigger. He would have had to play goblin surprise before declaring attackers. Chase would have blocked if that were the case

I’ve got an Orzhov “Aristocrat” deck and by that I mean it’s if Atistrocrats were poor af. When the combo is active, every attack I hit you with proceeds to drain you for anything from 4- half your life rounded up 😂😂. I love it!
