About the whole Bellamy/ Doflamingo stuff, Pirates sometimes have entire crews under their wing, Pirates such as Bellamy are their subordinates and usually bear their patrons jolly roger or a variation of it, especially because he is a shichibukai, Doflamingo is able to invest and have partial ownership of many businesses, like Crocodile who had his own casino, that's why we see Doflamingo's jolly roger so often.

I mean it didn't display anything wrong, they are just a bit oversensitive to any flinching in this reaction because they had only just learnt about Haki so they were looking for it everywhere. People pass out from Haki, those extra just flinched because Zoro looked scary. Anime didn't do any of the effects or sounds they do for other Haki uses, so clearly this wasn't intended that way. There's plenty to give the animators shit for, but this ain't it.

It's funny. In most stories, a character beating up an absolute weakling would be seen as a cowardly dick move. But when the Straw Hats bodied Charloss and Spandam and, to a lesser extent, Bellamy, those were some of the most badass and satisfying shots in the series. It's kinda tied to their weakness as well. The reason why St Charloss is so weak is because he's never needed to be strong, which in turn is because he has just Absolute Privilege, the very thing that also turbed him into such an entitled prick.
